Presidents Award
Presidents Award (AMA Tasmania)
The Presidents Award is made to people who may not qualify for a Fellowship within the AMA. The award is made at the discresion of the President of the AMA in Tasmania.
Presented in 2011
Dr. Don Rose: for services to the AMA at Branch Council level and within the Northern Division.
Prof. Alan Carmichael: for services to the Medical School of Tasmania and the AMA. Prof Carmichael was Dean of the Medical School for 14 years.
